Table model for vertical and diagonal cutting of styrofoam material.

Following possibilities:

Vertical cuts and diagonal cuts up to an angle of 45°. 

Cutting height up to 500 mm (20’’).

The table model for cutting of styrofoam material is used in the building and packing industry.

The complete zinc plated working table is a steel frame with a sheet steel table top.

The cutting temperature is continuously adjustable by means of an adjusting knob. A transformer heats the hot wire in 10-15 secs. to approx. 600°C (1110°F). The power transformer is located under the operating plate.

The supports (clamps which hold the hot wire) are disconnected safely from the mains by means of a safety isolating transformer, according to the VDE 0570 / EN 61558 rules.
