With our thermal cutting system it is possible to cut synthetic fabric, such as belts, bands and ropes to length. To make holes in belting fabric can also provided on special request.

An electric heated blade separates, in one phase of operation,  the material by heat and seals the cut edges to avoid fringing of the cut edge.

 

For this functions we fabricate:

- Hand- and table-units with blade for manual use,

- Blade-stands semiautomatic

- Machines automatic

 

Our devices and machines are constructed in a mechanical assembly technique (MAT) and by this can be combined in many ways to meet our customers'individual needs.

 


 

 

 

Blade-Stand Type HSG-GMN-V-E/N

The Standard model has a straight blade, suction with blower, protection cap and foot switch, quick change system for blade(s), plug in electric connections, heat transformer with separate temperature control.

 

While the blade is moved manually with the smaller tools, it is done at the blade-stand by means of a pneumatic cylinder.

The fabric is placed under the blade or combined tool and the cutting operation is released through hand or foot actuation. Then the fabric is pulled on forward to the desired length-measure to be controlled with tape measure or adjustable limit Stop. With the following cut the firstsection is trimmed on both ends while the first edge of the next section is trimmed. This means, with each cycle, one section is completely trimmed.
