Auto transformer

plastic-cases.

Types - 120/230 - are for matching and operating
of 230V-units at the 110...120V line voltage
The input has a 2m power cord with a mounted US-plug.
The output has a Schuko-socket.

 

Types - 230/120 - are for matching and operating
of 110...120V-units at the 230V line voltage
The input has a 2m power cord with a mounted Schuko-plug.

The output has a US-socket.

 

 

An auto-transformer has only one winding with a tapping, there is no insulation from mains.
For protection against short-circuit and overload a changeable fuse and a thermal-fuse is incorporated.
